Found some info about this album on SaikoSounds. "Good Purpose" is the debut album from the israeli act Psytekk, who had 2 quite good tracks on USTA's 2-CD compilation "Zoo-B 2".

"Psytekk is a new act released on the israeli label u.s.t.a.
usta is one of the pioneers labels in the psychadelic trance scene around the world (and especially in Israel) for about 10 years by now..
The last two talents that signed with usta (psytekk & beat hackers) are coming from the south of Israel. That area in Israel seems to be the perfect greenhouse for psychedelic trance music. Psytekk style is simple and kicking, the first part of the album is night time full-on, which means deep streaming leads put over tight bass-line creating a lot of motion in the atmosphere of the sequence. From there on the tracks move directly to the point of boil, Where the beat merges with the sawing sounds of the leads...that's the point where u should test it on the dance-floor.."
