not thats its realy importent but there is techtrance like eargear that not so psy but trax builded like a trance ones and there is psytech music that not realy connect to trance scene and its pure techno with psy elements on it. dj snow from tresor played such music at ta last year.

i think it's just the same thing (besides, most people don't really say "psytech")
i guess both are "psytrance" + "techno". just each of them has a different part of the word "psytrance".

Hi,
it's not really a trance artist but the last album of Scan-X (label F-com ) is exellent for psytek mix 
"higher" and "neurotronik" tracks.
mix with midi miliz delta etc
