Well, I had only good experience with psyshop, same good words go to saikosounds and spectralpsy. |

The delays were mostly caused by the highger security checks we had the last weeks; i think every shop had problems with this.
We try to provide the fastest delivery ... but i know there were some problems to Israel and USA; hope they are history now; sorry4delay.
About the rude service-email: can you please send your id-number of this order to biz@psyshop.com ? I will check what happened with your order and what was answered.
Also i want you to know, that not everybody speaks a sophisticated english here - and sometimes it sounds rude but we don't mean it.
