psyshops biggest mistake imho is the name "psytrance" under almost every cd it sells.
i suppose "psytrance" sign sounds/sells better, even though lots of these can hardly named psy no matter style at 130 or 1300bpm, everything is so psy to them
Moki. im really tired of your posts too girl.
unless you dont get a high university degree on painting nails, dont paint yours again , will ya please thank you

Some people not only read the posts without paying the attention required (in their rush to post their own answer) but also they post innacurate and false facts.
A) Dear Chilling Spirit i have absolutely nothing to do with Psyshop and i dont work with them as you mistakenly have understood.
B) Dear Moki.Time.Wave.Zero there was absolutely no flame between me and the label Seres, the flame was created from another user because he thought that i was implying that Psyshop didnt want to distribute this cd because it features dark psy music which again wasnt the case since i never mentioned anything like that.
C) Last but not least dear Moki.Time.Wave.Zero i am a Stern School Of Business graduate of the New York University in USA and an International Business And European Affairs graduate of the American College Of Greece and i can assure you that according to European Business Law Psyshop has every right to choose which cd it will distribute and which it wont in this particular case for various reasons that i dont have the time to explain in detail on this forum and i dont really think that people who are not much into business in this forum care about. The point is that Psyshop is acting 100% legally here.
P.S European Law is above individual country laws for those interested on the subject and willing to search it on their own.And Germany as we all know is a member of the European Union therefore obliged to respect the European Law. Toodaloo Motherfuckers!!!!! |

More to the point, if I was a label owner and I could not get my compilation on one internet shop that sells music, I would not whine about it like a spoiled brat on internet forums, I would focus on working closer to the people that want to work with me and do the best job I can so that for that my next compilation I would make every internet site that sells music, want to work with me.
And its not like psyshop is going against the fast and noisy stuff. Correct me if I am wrong but there's shed loads of that music being sold on there and has been for a long time.

DETOX, I am sorry. Other people's posts lead me into believing that. That makes half my post obsolete as it was based on that assumption.
So did I overread it or was the reason simply "no"?
I am kinda tempted to actually record an monkey-in-a-kitchen CD and then have Moki.Time.Wave.Zero make Psyshop sell it. Haha!

dear detox, thanks for the information.
first of all, i want to repeat that i did not accuse psyshop of acting illegaly by not selling the cd ( not taking the product) but of acting illegaly by GIVING THIS REASON to a third part. besides please dont underestimate that i said that psyshop is my favourite and it has a flare and professionalism that i did not see with any other distributor. and they always send so many nice things together with the cds, it is great.
about your degree, highly respect that, but btw i dont see any media management in the faculties, only interdisciplinary and i would state that no economy graduate can know the particular implication of lows and market principles for the media unless specialized on that. the lows are different, the cultural aspects are different. the taxes too. it is different markets.
btw i was listening to detox today, nice one. long time no hear. as far as psyshop is concerned, i already said enough about what they have to do in the next years in the other topic )))))). but i guess , since noone is here from psyshop , they would not even react.
gutter - another post that goes to my diary with users that i could send to court for discrimination and abuse. i can get rich one day in court. i knew i had to know my rights:)

jo.
oooh btw! i missed to say something very important. i am not surprised even if psy shop ignored dark psy!!!! just needed to say this as a proper addition to the topic. just check my topic why i love to call it dark and dont worry any more , cause many people obviously dont wanna be distributed. they dont even have a unique selling proposition for a distributor. do not even wanna have. weak. unprofessional:-) distributors dont act on unprofessional level.
anyway, is there another funny topic like that in isratrance? i wanna see the development of the market behind the curtains.

very funny.
well, yes, i would be more careful about abusing and talking about my nails in a public place.
people love to underestimate others, especially in the trance scene where most studied nothing anyway or did a small degree of whatever. and yes, i have the right to appear certain and sure of myself, because i know what this media management degree means, and includes the whole economy studies of 4 years + finance controlling marketing + laws + media and it is a lot of stuff to do, it is three degrees in one. while you guys put yourself on fire on isratrance for the last years, i had to suffer in exams. so i know what i am talking about even if i dont have the time to read my posts twice for mistakes. but in the trance scene where everything is full amateurs and drugs, i am not interested to even explain the market. and you really have to check the production forum and the topics where i have been, well there i have nothing more to add. full amateurs. i take some more weeks of rest after graduating and then i go to the real market with real players where it is a pleasure to play.
not with amateurs who put you out of the market just because you pissed them in a forum:))))))))))
and btw i dont paint my nails. it is not git for playing may keyboard and for rolling joint which i have a doctor degree about ( the rolling)

i meant economics. it is a hard field to have studied, and only those who did it, know what i mean. well at least on some countries it is really a lot to do. and i did respect those who had the degree in the time when i did not have it yet. and btw there are not many ppl specialized on media economics. so better stop with my nails or you go to court for discrimination of my sex.
and btw it will do a good thing to everyone of you ( who depend on the trance scene for their income in life) to be a bit more professional on the market. more loyal. no one asks you about what you think about god and the universe and with whom you are pissed.
