To be honest, I always thought the sample in that song was kinda lame.
That was my impression. Sounded dumb

this sample grows on you over the years. In many tracks drugs samples are lame, but this one is classic because its from a very good track and from a very good movie. its epic. There is one Track that comes close:

"He gave me roofies or something!"
I'm sorry, that sample doesn't work for me. Sounds like it's from a B grade teen flic? Come on, at least add helium to the voice! Thanks!
"They gave you whaaat?"
"El Es Dee" (in faraway echo)
derrr
I guess if you're Israeli it might sound cool.

I really dislike drug samples in tracks, but this one unlike most of them is amazing, also the original and the remix follows. This is how it should be done, with a good humour and ofcourse Hunter S Thompson book helps for those that are too serious... On the other hand those that are too serious would not read that book.

I also don'T like drug samples too much. This area really was overused.
But this one was so edited that I always liked it,especialy under influence. ..this Llll.sSS.Dddd. was very mental ,i think it was at least stretched.
And the whole track was very acid like.Without those samples would still be cool imo.
--but taste is taste definetly.I like suomi style too.

I like the music and the samples. Time for more triplet bassline tunes me thinks.
And as a cliche as it might be, I always enjoy a good lsd sample in a set, its like ok I'm tripping, but the music says its ok to do so, so I feel comfortable and all warm and fuzzy inside and I can't think of many things in life, that are better than feeling all comfortable and fuzzy on el cid, ihmo always.
