I wonder nobody here ever has mentioned http://www.psyjukebox.com yet.
It's a promotional music stream platform where upcoming and established DJs, Artists can share their live acts and promo mixes.
There's a lot of interesting music for streaming and download (for registered users only) in the categories Trance, Progressive, Electro and Chill.
The chill out section is still a bit sparse, but I think it will grow with the time.
