 microwave some butter / margarine for 30 seconds
 
 mix in some quality "herb" and some peanut butter
 
 make peanut butter cracker sandwiches with mixture
 
 bake in oven at about 350 degrees F for 10 - 15 minutes
 
 eat em up and be prepared to be happy and much hungrier in the next few hours.

 Gallo Pinto (typical costa rican breakfast, is made with rice and beans) actually the tico breakfast in general, anyone who has ever had the costa rican breakfast  knows what I'm talking about
   
 Peanuts, pistachios, cashews, nuts in general with dried fruits yuummy.
 
 +1 for Chai, humus and pita
