Fucking hell, remind me never to come to your house for dinner. CUSTARD?? *vomits*
I like flapjacks, hummous with anything (potatos, pitta bread, salad, rice cakes etc), fruit, falafels or good old chips. (English-style chips mind you - essentially gargantuan french fries, which I like to smother with mayo or ketchup - not US 'chips', which we call crisps.) Anything rice rice based, such as rice salad or risotto. And nuts or nut bars. Basically yummy complex carbohydrates and good, sources of sustained energy that are light on the stomach if not eaten to excess. And make sure there is plenty of tea or chai, water and if you can, ice pops for when you get too hot from all that dancing malarky. Someone brought ice round at a Tribe Of Frog do I attended earlier this year and it went down an absolute treat.
Peace and love and many happy hours munching. XX |

No we're not all crazy. I think Mr. Dawn is either pulling our proverbial legs or has very unusual taste buds because I'm a Brit and you wouldn't catch me pouring custard on anything, least of all a nice bit of fish.

I'm pretty sure the lovely Dawn is in fact a gentleman.
He might still appreciate those love letters however so I wouldn't give up just yet...though why you'd want to send him any after his affirmed preference for fish and custard smoothies (as opposed to some of the more traditionally delicious psy victuals on offer) is utterly beyond me.

We are getting offtopic and insane
I guess after this topic I will never eat custard in a party, eheh
Anyway some vegeterian (and HEALTY) foods?
One that I really like, but everybody should know, is the cold rice salad. It's just rice, tomato (you can add mais, carrots, what you want) and cheese!
This is GREAT in summer!
Another thing that I really love is Roti. Mabye somebody could post the recipy because I don't know how to do it!

Afaik, fish is one of the healthiest foods out there, and one of the best foods to support brain function. In addition to all the nutrients, it also has loads of essential amino acids which are, in essence, memory building blocks.

Those are opinions, I never (and I say NEVER) eat fish nor meat and my health is very fine (and my brain too).
Come on, eating fish doesn't get you smarter or improve your memory...this is fantasy!
We should stop eating every type of animal, everybody in the world.. that should just be illegal!
Anyway tell me, have you ever eat a fish and remebered something of some year before? --

Actually fish oils have been scientifically proven to aid memory, concentration and IQ, not to mention the positive effects they have on mental health and behavioural disorders such as ADHD. It's not just an opinion.

actually, yes - when I ate fish for the first time after being vegan for two years. It was sushi (fresh raw fish caught in the wild). Immediately afterwards I felt my thought process become a lot clearer and I did remember things and reconnected a lot of thoughts to their origins. That's when I decided to start eating fish again. You can get those nutrients in synthetic pill form, but I prefer to get them more or less naturally.

Yep we are getting offtopic but anyway I find it interesting..
Seems funny to me, I never eat fish and my brain is working pretty fine (when I was @ elementary school I used to remeber completly 5-6 pages of a book)
With daily training you can improve your memory much more than taking away life to an animal...well, you choose how to do it..
Anyway what I mean is that eating fish will not truly affect you memory in life, otherwise everybody will grow up eating a lot of fish to be little geniuses. People with a big memory are born with that kind of brain, isn't the fish...
