						| yummi @Krell: Humus is chick peas cooked and squeezed and with some  lemon, garlic and sesame sauce, mixed all together.. but it s not psyfood.. hehe, it s more like an appetizer for a nice heavy lunch
 
 we like to serve dates (sweet dried fruit) and some organic food and fruits
   healthy and gives a good kick of energy
