You just can't beat custard! It's a meal in a can and a perfect accompaniment to all other foods!
Why not try...
Custard with... cake!
Custard with... fish!
Custard with... some more custard!
I'm telling you, man. I have seen the future... and it's custard!
PS. Custard.

You should try it... it's fantastic!
First warm a can of your favourite brand of custard in a pan for a few minutes. Add 2 to 3 fish of your choice (cod work well) then simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to stop the custard from burning (that will impair flavour). Next empty the contents of the pan into a blender and mix to a nice thick paste. Finally pour into a tall glass and you are on your way to a wonderful taste sensation!
For all you cosmopolitan types, why not add a slice of lemon for that special finishing touch!
What better way to enjoy the great taste of custard with the fulsome, satisfying flavour of fish!
Mmmmmm… all that eggy fishy goodness!

Fish is unhealthy. We live on land, fish live in the water. Do the math. .. And who in their right mind/tummy eats "big/heavy" meals while on psychedelic substances? ..
Fruits!!

@Krell: Humus is chick peas cooked and squeezed and with some lemon, garlic and sesame sauce, mixed all together.. but it s not psyfood.. hehe, it s more like an appetizer for a nice heavy lunch
we like to serve dates (sweet dried fruit) and some organic food and fruits
healthy and gives a good kick of energy |
