1) Julienne strips of raw cactus (select your favorite kind) sprinkled with lemon juice, salt and cilantro... Crunchy, flavor, delicious and totally sparkle-delic
2) Your favorite herb of pleasing aroma, ground up, and mixed with an equal volume of olive oil and pine-nuts, sauteed over a very low flame, just so as to bring out the aromatic goodies. Spread on toast or crackers and enjoy. |

huh? i think it's pretty same everywhere...
it has to be some kind of "fast" and easy food so first in mind are:
falafels, some kind of veggie risotto spiced up with chili and/or ginger, pizza...
i think your just fishing for some mushroom tea recepies here ...

Lots of fruit. Fruit salads with honey are awesome. Icecream too..right after a fierce party
But if you want to eat well so you don't get tired fast and you don't dehydrate do this: walnuts and almonds, 2 apples and something that substitutes bread or pasta and that is banana. If you get those peanutbutter sqeeze tubes and put some on a banana, that is a great meal on the run. It's rich in potassium and it'll keep you going.
Don't eat heavy meats because they can disrupt your stomach. Nothing spicy either.
Next outdoor event i'm making some food from my country for everyone |

Yup, I'm getting hungry
@psycosmo: what is cilantro?
@Outolintu: not necessarily, that was the funny part of the question but I would like to see recepies from everywhere.
I'm sorry but I'm not a cook so I can't give the recipies but we use to have a lot of chai, crepes and pasta! Anyhow chai&pasta are standard in every out party I guess --

Hummus and pita bread.....
raw tofu with ginger teriyaky sauce over your favorite bread........
and lately i been eating a lot of those veggie tofu wienners with just plain hot dog bread and spicy mustard easy to carry easy to eat everywhere from a forest to the beach, also vitamin waters rules
vegan is psychedelic.....
Cilantro is a very common herb used in mexican food a lot on top of everything really good on soy tacos....
and for dessert there's nothing better than hemp granola high on fiber and amino acids and really good source of energy to keep dancing....

And how long can you go when you only eat jello? Don't tell me. Not too long. That is insane.
I got one: Pita bread with kaymak-a spread made of milk skim. I think it's called the same in Russia too. |

well i had the same question about 2 years ago and after i ask the owner of the persian/middle eastern place that had it on its menu.
He explain to me that it is just a paste based on garbanzo beans, olive oil and some spices to give it flavor after that i knew that it will be my new favorite food....
you can have it with some roasted garlic or curry powder but careful it adictive...

Have you tried custard?
You just can't beat custard! It's a meal in a can and a perfect accompaniment to all other foods!
Why not try...
Custard with... cake!
Custard with... fish!
Custard with... some more custard!
I'm telling you, man. I have seen the future... and it's custard!
PS. Custard.
