I agree with the fact that this sounds like astrix with a lot of guitars and vocals..A little commercial but the production is still top notch..           http://www.soundcloud.com/getafixmusic

i heard some of the tracks and even saw a video online for the first track and i must say that this music doesnt talk to me anymore. everything is super polished, nice and tweaked, loud, clear and crisp but... its not psychedelic to my ears... not according to my definition of the word. psycraft used to have music with a bit more "teeth" to it, i liked that much more. this is a step i noticed from several hommega artists into a direction i really dont like and am turned off by... mainly the vocals are my problem. lots of talent by these guys, but they choose to go a diffrent direction then what i like.... too bad many hommega artists are doing that lately...
computech (T8) is a very good track, but nothing else talks me here.
well, dj'ing wise- at least i still have XI,B&W and Goblin who most of the time keep it serious and mean with a bit of a nasty edge... the rest of the hommega artists are becoming home/car only tracks...

i agree with every single word, including the direction most hommega artists are taking.

Computech introduces a new era of top notch music production and i feel you'll see/hear psycraft more on festivals this upcoming year.

personally, i feel really awkward about this album, especially towards the lyrics and its meaning. what is psychedelic about it, how shall i feel? most of my friends here in swiss do not understand english, thus they have no clue what the lyrics are about. all in all everything "just sounds" good, it's easy to sing. i guess this is the power of the lyrics.

Oh and that Brad Sucks - Borderline (rmx) is, to me, an instant classic...           "I went to Goa and all i got was this lousy superiority complex."

i find this release quite ok compared to all the shit hommega is releasing lately...
some tracks have nice grooves and i still find it very trancy compared to all the eurodance craps hommega has been released...still some tracks has that eurodance-hommega trademark though...
but i like the 1st track wich is a pretty cool electro-rock track with nice pop-rock vocals, they should make more in this style instead of copying astrix and infected wich is getting quite boring...

This is a monster album for the clubs but not a psychedelic journey in any way...

Why taking psytrance to a place where by definition (the clubs) it doesnt belong?? maybe im wrong for calling this album psytrance. but wait a min, this album has hommega as his last name, the leading PSYTRANCE label. so what part of the equation is wrong here???

all efforts to defend purity of a style are doomed. psytrance was luckily established as wide open to many different influences genre from the very begining and personaly im dissapointed that it came to an end. music genre developing means that we must let musician's attempts to move in any direction to have a chance to wider horizons. so we cant exclude any tendention even if it leads out of psychedelic. when we will have next psycraft album totaly without psychedlic part there still will be many other projects that are psychedelic...           Spiritual guides are to practice and serve in ways that cultivate awareness, empathy, and wisdom.

Good luck Nir & Alon, you have made a long way with your music since the live set you gave at my Wednesday's Line at the Meimad HaHamishi 7 years ago...
It was great then, and it's perfect now!!!
I don't belive you should look or listen to trance music with formalistic terms.
psytrance / club / .....
your music is PSYCRAFT and all the rest is just words trying to define the ultimate sound you achived.

your music is killer, strong, clean, powerfull, interesting.
i can listen to it in a club or in an outdoor party.

nice one guys!!!

Ok yes yes it has very good production u can hear every sound creaspy and clean,,,,,,BUUUT

Whats up with all the vocals in the tracks???For me a looped sample at 145 doesnt sound that cool the guitars sound ok but the vocals?????I mean they are trying to get a place in MTV or VH1??

It's not psychedelic trance anymore, and i have to agree with the rest, hommega music is going in a very High-production,same bass line a lot of effects and brakes in every song and it's juts not cool at all..... except from X&I the rest is just Cluby stuff.

I liked the last one but this does not thrill me... the "commercial" sound goes well with prog at 130 (plenty of vocal tracks down there have the right groove and sound) but when you add it to full-on it sounds like highly advanced euro club garbage. A great use of technology for questionable purposes, you know? Seems like X&I are one of the only bigname Israeli artists still making really great psychedelic trance. Disappointing, but this is just one fan's opinion.
