hello and good morning to all
i have no clue how i should start this but my intention is not trouble and no i am not looking for a fight so if any one has this "here we go again" shit to say he can keep it to him self ,once again that is not the intention.
so here we go :
today i woke up to this beautiful day and suddenly i see this

who the hell who the fuck is this label
why they have a track of mine with out even me knowing about it
and also its a mistake this track is my solo project and not Double R.E.L its just simply R.E.L
so does any one here know psycore records or can help me with their contact somehow since i get no answer in email or any other contact i got.
i am totally shocked and amazed that people do this
i just want people that care and that do no care to be aware of this shitty people or just one fucker who is responsible for this.
this situation is so unbelievable and i cant believe this things happen.
this is a disgrace in all terms of the word
and i hope no one will get involved with this "label" and maybe this way ill get a respond.

ye i have noticed this and i have contacted them and as excpected i get no answer and from the other's i dont want to use names yet they tell me they have nothing to do with this
but one name i will be happy to say here
it seems like some one named Michel Biton or Safi Connection is related to this
and also it seems like its not the first time he is been doing this
can any one help me with contacting him cause from the emails i have of his i get not replay

You actually have the right to tell the shop to not sell this release. It's your copyrighted work and according to international copyright law the shop has to stop a sale if a CD is in violation of this copyright law. That's why I always tell artists to get organized in their national musician organizations and even better sign up with a Publisher. But contact the shop and let them know you are not accepting the sale of your work.

i dont think you can tell the shop not to sell the cd. Louis Vutton has been trying to stop Ebay from selling fake LV products and its not yet been effective...a shop has an inventory and it has to get rid of it..the manufacturer/producer etc is taken to the court and is held liable not the shopkeeper or store..so u cannot tell saikosounds to take it off the shelf..at most you can make a request but the copyright stuff will not work.
you could take psycore to court..but u got to see the costs in terms of time and $$..its not worth the shit..as you already know psycore is probably broke and thats why they had to resort to stealing your track.
unless you have someother artists along with you and psycore has significant revenues which is unlikely considering that the label is psytrance which itself is very very niche and very small so the revenue will be not significant so the eventual outcome even if in your favor and you may feel great that the judge and entire worlds legal system will say yes "psycore is wrong and has commited a grave offense and must be punshied " - ultimately its not gonna do anything because the track and the cd is already in the store and some idiot has already ordered it and its probably shipped. think of it this way you caught your wife cheating with your brother and your best friend and they were having a threesome..shit happens law just makes the pain last longer..

Yes you can indeed tell a shop to stop sales of a CD with content that is in copyright violation. I have done it once. But with help from Warner/Chappell who handle my publishing.
It's all a matter of knowing the Law and make sure the shop understand the law too (You can provide them with a transcript of the law - should be easy to find on google or your local musicians organization). If they do not remove the CD my suggestion is to get your local musician organization involved. That usually help
