Imagine - floating down a river running through a canyon on a midsummer's eve - a splash of whitewater here and there, some rocks to avoid, but a magical experience nonetheless under a gorgeous evening sky. The stars will be out soon!
Baahahahaha, I'm a cheesy fuck - at least when I'm writing. I made this tune in about three days - fastest complete ever. Bullseye!

hehehe, thank you so much! let me do a few touch ups - i want to make the main breakdown a little more 'driving,' i have some ideas, and i'm going to touch up the mix a little in a few spots (the background percussion is drowned in the outro - it's not needed but i'd like to hear it!).
once i've polished it some, i'll post a link to a 320 mp3. you can have a wav, too, if you want it, of course!

wow what a mood. very clean sounding, and a nice stereo field.
i would call this a bit more progressive, but who cares really.. its just a nice arrangement to
i got a nice tip.. i think the bassline is sidechained no ? put the threshold in compressor bit lower.. so it pumps a bit more, but this is just my personal opinion.

It's not techno, but sounds great.
The break-up is a bit too long, imho. But you said you're going to change it.

b0Lt, thanks a bunch for the tip! i had fiddled with the threshold a bunch, and will try lowering it a bit now that everything else is finished around it. i want a good balance between 'pumping' and that sort-of techno-style constant sub-bass.
Maine Coon, so far i've added a low, throbbing bass riff with loads of delay that builds throughout the break. i think it ties thinks together nicely, but it needs a bit more. i'll post when i've tweaked it!

I think its a good track, i just complained about the very slow progression, it makes me like sleepy but thats just my taste.
