Hello, I'm looking for some goa minded Nord (micro) Modular patches. I've already got a shitload of them but most of 'm don't fit very will in psytrance/darkpsy imo.

Perhaps some people in here can help me out?

Thanks!

It's not that hard to make them man... I'll show you a few tricks when we hang out.           An Eagle may soar, but Weasels don't get sucked into jet engines.

Well I don't mind sharing my extra knowledge afterwards at all! (if that's cool for him of course)

Good production (which I try to learn, I'm quite a n00b) isn't imo about knowing the secret stuff.
It's about experimenting, watching tutorial video's, talking and working with a lot of other people...
There's no quick fix, it just takes a lot of (fun!) time.

Here's some nice modular info I already found online:

http://www.cim.mcgill.ca/~clark/nordmodularbook/nordmodularbook.pdf

http://www.cim.mcgill.ca/~clark/nordmodularbook/nm_book_patches.zip

http://www.retrosound.de/modular.html

Feel free to contribute here as well.

It's much easier for me to show in steps than to try to explain via here... Plus... I don't have a nord modular, I just know how to use one.           An Eagle may soar, but Weasels don't get sucked into jet engines.

Nice synth dude!

I had a site with like 25.000 patches from a bunch of modular freaks. But the forum where I have the address is offline at the moment, will post it here when it gets back online.

Yep, I head the same thing. None of the modulars are produced in that large quantities because there doesn't seem to be that big of a market for 'm. Strange because I don't know that many (none actually) that offer it.

Does the G2 have a vst plugin? That would be awesome so you can automate the parameters.

Thanks for the tip, I know the G2 kicks a lot of ass but I'm trying to collect small synths (and I don't have the €'s here for a G2 either ). Next in line is a DSI evolver desktop, because I don't have an analog synth yet. If Nord will offer a Micro G2 in the future I will buy it for sure!
