Planet Monkey is proud to announce that The Psychedelic Ceilidh will be happening again for the second year on the 3-5 of august 2007.
This will be a 3-day licensed event, with a maximum 500 guests on an invite only, advance ticket basis. The location will be on a private estate, surrounded by ancient woodland and overlooking a magnificent beach.
Planet Monkey is an Edinburgh based collective. Promoting psychedelic music, dance and movement workshops, active meditations, healing, psychedelic art, inspiring visuals, enlightening talks and talented acoustic artists. Providing a conscious space, encouraging spirits to be, minds to learn, bodies to rejoice and witness the rhythms of life.
The Psychedelic Ceilidh will be a 3-day journey, with a conscious awareness on creating a flow and rhythm throughout the 3 days, from dance workshops, meditations, inspiring talks, chill out music, acoustic musicians and bands, to progressive and full on psytrance. A celebration of life.
There will be three main areas
* Tipi Stage: Progressive trance, Psytrance, Psychedelic live acts.
* Celtic Dome: Chill out, Bands, Acoustic sets, Spoken word, Theatre.
* Spirit Village: Workshops, Talks, Meditations, Cinema, Healing.
There will also be an organic cafe, licensed bar, market stall area, good food, sweat lodge, eco toilets, welfare, first aid, and full camping facilities.
