Surely disturbing and psychedelic... But not a very good movie IMO.
Recently I watched SAW which is not psychedelic, but is a nice movie, good ending and lots of samples

ok ...requim for a dream isnt psycadelic, its just plain druggy...if you want to know what movie is psycadelic.....try watching "THE CAT IN THE HAT" (with mike myers), now you are getting somehwere, that movie is just messed up and insane, and the end part when all the psychadelic colours and shapes....

excellent movie, IMO. maybe low budget, but it totally blew me away when i saw it the first time. The way very few movies do. Requiem for a Dream did the same. It might not be "psychedelic" but it sure is psychoactive.

The Cat in the Hat is one of the worst movies I ever saw!
It was posted before in this thread and I watched it...

I actually found Cat in the Hat to be relatively good and Altered States very uninteresting.

Well, i think nobody mentioned American Beauty one of my favourite movies.I find it quite mind blowing with a perfect fotography and a nice picture of the American Society nowadays...the movie goes in a perfect rithm.
also some i recomend:

saw this movie yesterday "a beautiful mind"
quite a trippy movie . its abt this guy who's a gr8 mathamatician and he kinda sees things and then finds out that its all a dillusion .
quite a trippy movie !!!!!

Anyone already mentioned the Saw and Spun ?
They are psycho movies. Spun is very cool and realistic, in an very interesting way it describes the enviroments and the actions.
Saw is a strange story, with a 'surprising ending'.
Another movie thats is psycho is Donnie Darko, this one is strange, really strange

I watched a seriously brilliant chinese movie a little while ago and ended up buying the dvd coz i liked it so much.... I recommend everyone to check it out, the subtitles are easy to read n the action never slows. Very funny & very smart... made by Stephen Chow...
