No one has mentioned "Fantastic Planet" yet... In my opinion it is one of the most psychedelic animated non-manga flicks I have ever seen!

just skimmed thru this thread cuz there's too many posts but i didnt see anyone mention this movie from what i saw so im saying go watch THE SALTON SEA... good stuff
and if u wanna die laughing ur ass off at one corny ass movie watch SUPER TROOPERS

Yes, I saw Mulholland Drive... Very psychedelic, I didn't understood the movie very well, in fact I guess it's impossible to understand it...  But good, worth a try. 
Yesterday I saw Spaceballs, a satire for the Star Wars series... Not psychedelic, expect for the samples of Psysex - Survival Kit:
"Now I'm gonna show who is in charge of this galaxy..."

Guys!
The best psychedelic movie is called MORE and it's very rare and dificult to find!
It's the first movie ever made for Ibiza in1969 when Ibiza wasn't like now.It's a movie full of drugs and orgies and Pink Floyd original music....
I think that you should try to find it....

Yes, I do love Requiem For A Dream, Reservoir Dogs, Natural Born Killers, Pi....but my #2 is SNATCH.

-The wall (all about pink floyd its so goddman good!!!)
-The cell ( freaky stuff)
-Trainspotting ( a classic here)
-Fear and loathing in las vegas ( very funny )
-The Ring ( insane)
-Lola's Rent ( luv the message)

LOL.... Super Troopers is hillarious !!! the opening scene is mad when the cops keep driving back and forth....tripping the fuck out of those dudes (^_^)
and the Salton Sea is a very tripped out movie IMO. Kinda dark, but Val Kilmer does a real good job, and the Tattoo on his back looks insaaaane !@!

'South West 9'
= just saw it yesterday... Roshan Seth's voice is sampled in the Pogo/Protoculture track - California Sunshine on Beaches & Cream comp... its a long sample, but my fav part is:
'Free love and monumentally strong free drugs !'
'........ free drugs ?!?!?!'
Waking Life is another great movie... sampled up the ass... very nicely done in 2 weeks ago in Mexico by Mekkanikka & Sirius Issness.
other gr8 flicks to check out:
City of God.......... WOW, trust me - watch this movie ! (its a brazilian flick in portugese, but the subtitles aren't hard to understand)... has a great soundtrack with a remixed version too... very nice.
Le Pacte des Loups (The Brotherhood of the Wolf)............ Insane French movie... some killer scenes in it.... highly recommended.
The Dinner Game(Le Diner de Cons).......... HAHAHAHA !!! directed by Francis Veber of the 'The Birdcage' fame.
IceAge......... love it... fun fun animation, up there with Shrek & Monsters Inc.
Company........... Indian movie about the underworld mobb scene in bbay..... good movie... not psy, but an eye-opener all the same.
Satya........... another Indian flick about the underworld scene, IMO very very realistic... check it
Kill Bill........... for those of u who don't think Tarantino can be psychedelic...... u need to see this; second installment is about to be released.
Who Framed Roger Rabbit.............
