Has "no longer respond" looped a bit.

"No longer repond to moderate stimulation"

Also has "Total confusion" mentioned a few times.

Familiar sounds in it, well known artist, pretty banging track.

But i beleive the track you are looking 4 is CHAKRA - TOTAL CONFUSION.
