Hey to all !!
As the topic says>>>
I wanna know the essence of psy trance-- how is it mastered ,what equipments are used,
what differs in morning,full on and dark trance taking the equipments into consideration..i know cuebase is involved in all along with synths,keyboards.. but what else is there which lot of us don't know ...
what is the process of making psytrance?? ...from 1 to 10->
i hope i have made it clear ... inputs will be apprreciated

And what is used in morning trance that is not in dark ...? im inquisitive about the way it's made!!!!

eq = equalizer, seperates the track into different frequences for redirectoring the frequency balance. the eq-setting decides how crystal the sound is or how muddy.
50% of making psytrance is pure audi-engineers-work. the rest is the art of managing to transform ideas into reality. as better you know your studio as better you are able to manage that. the quality of your studios decides how wide your possibillities are.
and if you all got that worked.
the other big think is to release it, promote it to labels, go to the people, speak with them, show the your music, make livegigs. i know many good producers failing in the quality of "promotion".
you need to be a good musician, a good technican, and a good promoter. this is how psytrance-music of today is made.

what has this to do with psytrance creation?

The essence of psytrance in my opinion is experimentation and innovation! too always be open, and try new ideas and not to get locked in a spell...
psy is for psychedelic, which means mind-opening, soul-opening
trance which means, hypnosis, ecstasy, coma..
a experience beyond reality..
so the creation relays on that... and many people fail it! its almost like some artists disregard the roots of trance, but of course trance is a very wide and open state, so there is room for new ideas. it might be the dj´s faults and not the artists...
if you are interested in the creation of psytrance, why dont you invest time in it? and really get the feel for it...
i just feel that there is too much record deal hunters out there and that really has not much to do with psychedelic art...
and one last note, what about the equipment?
You use everything in psychedelic music, that is one part that makes it psychedelic... the most part is your mind and like "Kitnam" says your abillity to transform ideas into reality.... which might be out of this world 
a compressor or a equalizer wont make it psychedelic....
psytrance should be more about creation than production...
anyway the tools that is used to make any kind of music is also used to make psytrance....

Thanks for the reply bro... i think psy creation can only be implemented if u know how is it is generated i have to put my innovation to something!!! everyone has idea its just how do we put it to place!!! and im sure by using these equipments the music is created automatically :i play around with the keyboards and BANG i got a new tune in my head...like the way u listen to different basslines >>> u get to pick the best that fits ur ideas!~!!!
so idea have to be creative and creation comes when u know in what to put it!!!

i'm not sure if i understood, but if i did nothing genereates anything automaticaly...
any type of system need input to generate anything...
if i ever got the need to learn how to make psy (i'm not that crazy) i would start by making a 4x4 kick and add some bass, hats and snares, and then play wicked pathces over it...
...with that i would try to make a track...
but it's too boring to spend long times at home in front of a pc with synths, vstis, etc...
