Greets all! I Hope all is good  i dont want to be a wet blanket- but i have this question for the party going element;
Background:
I am a fairly light skinned guy and its also fair to say ive put my body thru its paces with raves n such (as im sure you all have!). One thing ive noticed, thats taking its toll, is the near-catastrophic levels - (this is wife talking)- of UV light being administered to my arms my hands and my head, at some raves in england - tell me, is this normal? am i being burnt alive  because im sure my friends are leaving clubs much darker than when they came in...are there safety regulations or something that need to be adhered to, in regards to how many black lights a club should have?
Should i be worrying about this? every time i go UV i feel like im going sterile!

i THINK (not sure) that the UV light from blacklights is a different kind than the ones that give u a sun burn... |

The short answer is, UV tubes are fine for the skin, but bad for the eyes. Don't look directly at the tube for any length of of time, and you'll be fine. |

How are you supposed to do that when they are all around the dance floor??
But I dont think that UV lights will give you a burn, only the rays of the sun can do that.

hope so Jaimz! the club i went to had about 14 UV strip lights and a cannon in a room about 6Oft by 20ft!!
