Psy parties in Amsterdam

I am headding out to Amsterdam for my birthday in Jan, instead of the usual English style of get pissed and start fights, me and my friends are looking for any kind of Psy party while over there.
We are going from the 15th to 17th Jan, would love to find out about a squat/warehouse party, but a club is just as good really. Also any good shops with a nice selection of music for sale, maybe with some fliers with info on 
Any help would be fantastic, would love to experience parties outside of London 
If anyone could give me some links to any parties (legal or not) or just some kind of info that could help us, it would be greatly appreciated, and if your at said party, expect beers from me
Edit: I'm sure this is in the wrong forum, but would love to actually get some info

Party's in the Amsterdam area
are rare to me.. but i think there is an abundance of full-on, if thats what you seek.
there a psychedelic shop near the homegrown with SOME old fullon .. cd's.

There isnt much happening lately in the Dam. So don't get your hopes up for a proper psychedelic event.. there are some nice places to hang out though. First round of stops should be:
Kokopelli, warmoesstraat 12 (redlight district) for some psychedelic truffles and a small selection of cds.
Moondrop, nieuwe dijk (centre) for clothes, cds and smarts.
Nicest coffeeshops: siberia, rokery (near leidse plein), green house, bluebird, green house effect.
Nice bars: greenhouse effect, korsakoff (thursdays psytrance).
Drop by on friday in the Kokopelli and i ll see if I can hook you up with some nice parties. |
