Luminus (Beleaf)
A musician for life, Andrew aka. DJ Luminis has been with the Vancouver psytrance community for several years, and got into DJing in the Summer of 2008. Since then he has practiced non-stop, honing his skills and bringing beautiful high-energy sets to both the psytrance and burner communities. After making his debut at Recompression, Luminis went on to join BeLeaf Productions in the Summer of 2009 and started throwing outdoor parties of his own. His style is a tight mix of psychedelic full-on, upbeat progressive & darkpsy, guaranteed to please the ears and bring harmony to the soul.
Moonchild Project
Mahir A., aka Dj Moonchild, was born in 1977 in Istanbul, Turkey. He has always been curious many different styles of music. He played in a rock band when he was 18, then his music career changed direction and moved towards electronic sounds. By discovering different tunes he felt a special connection with the psychedelic vibes. He loves playing didgeridoo and mixing music to pass the time away. He has great success performing as a DJ since 2000. He shared stages with many well known producers in different countries and festivals. Soul Eclipse 2006 in Turkey was one of the most memorable times in his life. He performed under Intelligent Monkey Records for years and introduced himself to music lovers all over the world. He moved to Canada in 2007. While he lost his European and Asian networks, he focused more on producing his own tunes and renamed himself MOONCHILD PROJECT. Moonchild Project intends to do a variety of psychedelic tunes. He believes that best the music is the music which is playing in right moment.
