a dictionary of psy terms is a wonderful idea, and a great way to promote the culture..most psy communities have developed unique, local, psy-terms and it would be great if we can all share them in our everyday expressions
a new section along with that of articles is just one option...an alphabetical order is ideally a must for any dictionary, which could prove to be the achilles heel, but still, if you weigh that requirement to not having them at all...
and if not that but a thread, then still good. Just my view. |

here is one of my favs...
Tripong-tong: to be totally tripped out. Etymology - There was no Jew's Harp, so someone took to it verbally - ting tong titong, ti-ting tong titong ti ting tong titong, ti ting ting ting ting, tong titiong ti..
Usage: Dood, are you coming to the party or are you already tripong-tong. |

have you ever thought that this might be different in different cultures??
here where i'm from, only kids who just got in the psytrance scene like that kind of stuff. and they like it bc they follow the herd. when they grow up a little, they start to think with their own head and get out of that stuff

Since when has Peace, Love, Unity and Respect discriminated cultures?
It doesn't matter to me what other people are doing. It's about doing the right thing for me.
let's break it down: P.L.U.R
P Peace meaning tranquility, serenity and harmony amongst one another.
L Love meaning a deep feeling of affection towards people, a feeling of oneness
U Unity which is one of my favorites, a state of being one, a sense of harmony
R Respect a willingness to show appreciation and regard for each other
What is wrong with this?
It shouldn't matter to you what the other kids are doing mr. Salvia, especially if there are'nt any bad intentions behind it. I know of what you are talking about, many people say or preach P.L.U.R. when they actually don't even practice it themselves, and of course that would be hypocritical of them. But who cares what they are doing!! It's about what you do.
