Just wanted to say, since Im one of the producers of psychedelic parties here in canada, that after four years, every international event we had, had minimum 500 ppl. 1200 ppl for the Eclipse festival in 2003 with X-Dream and Absolum.
Our local parties always vary from 150-300 ppl.
Our next event here in montreal, for the Alien Crew Production, will be HomeWorld 3- Alien Contact, with confirmed guest, Rinkadink Live. Another headliner is in the works. Looking for another 800 ppl party as per our last event HomeWorld 2 had.
btw the parties in toronto rock as well, very good vibe, just a little less people. Black Light Aactivists really know what they are doing over there
And BoinkyBoink, you are right...in NY, it does vary on the promoter, since some do a half-ass job down there promo wise
Cheers to All |

SF is deffinatley the leader in the US. With events almost every weekend 2 club nights a week and a uncomparable vibe at most events.
Most international artists that come and play here are simply amazed by the energy the SF trancers possess and alot( feel that the vibe found here is not dupliated anywhere else in the world. On top of that there is a host of top notch producers here and more quality djs than one can shake a stick at
If SF has a downside its the political nature of the scene and the who's scratched who's back to get booked etc etc....but then thats just the electronic community in general and its like that most places |

Seattle is a good place for psy, but a little slow during the winter. Most parties average 100-300. Special events, depending on the artist have gone upwards of 1000. |
