what you think about this? they do just for fashion or they discover theire real style?
some examples

domestic ass ido ophir
yoni of psysex ass ace ventura
astrix

is strange, because, many many good artist experiments with new different styles, but now are much more in a short period of time.

i think it's awesome and how it should always be. why would anybody limit themselves to one thing? we need to be constantly expanding our horizons, experimenting, combining, distilling, extracting... ya know, kind of the point of this whole ride.

everybody has their own reason to do what they do.

the only question that should be relevant to you is, "do I like it?"

its great. finally artists realized that psytrance is really boring lately... too many stereotypes in psytrance, it is music that has literally locked itself inside a box.

progressive house and minimal tech has much more room for creative sound solutions           www.soundcloud.com/float

One project can get pretty monotonous after a while, so people generally evolve within that project or start a new one..don't see anything wrong with that.           You believe in the users?
Yeah, sure. If I don't have a user, then who wrote me?

I am a techno/house/breakbeat artist making trance tunes. Not that techno is getting boring, the scene is thriving with great releases...mind you there are an awful lot of people that follow formulas in techno, its not as bad as the israeli full on scene, but still.
I love making stuff at 128, I enjoy the space tunes at 142, can't provide. But sometimes I just wanna write that 16th saw bassline with them ripping high pass saw leads with all the semitones that bring to my mind palm trees in a remote asian beach or a massive red sun rising over a Moroccan desert.

Its just a matter of liking different things...music is food for the soul, you can't eat your favorite dish every single day, its good to change it up and try different things as you discover new kinds of food that you just might like as much your favorite and besides that, its a healthier diet for the soul.

hahaha good Q here
since most artists as you said going exacly to the same direction , i do not believe it is 100% not fashion.
i meen , if atleast there was more then 2 thats going to hard trance / hardcore techno / beakbeat / jungle or any genre other then prog evolving to minimal tech i could believe , but its worldwide action , and ALOT artists have this genious explain that it makes more money and have better lookin women in those scenes rather then dirty forest barefoot rasta girls. words from the soul lol

looking at the "progression" of psy soon it will all be even slower with even less sounds untill artists can sell 120 bpm kick drum in solo it seems.

but dont get me wrong hehe i rather ido ophir in techno then any domestic track , seems some people just see psy as formulated music and not trying to expirience more into it while techno they believe is more free and express themselve better.           www.sattelbattle.com

Sounds like the typical music producer that found out he/she didn't really love psychedelic trance music anyway and fell in to the club scene to escape 'it' Or they realized they needed to make some money and get some DJ gigs. sorry, couldn't resist.
