this may be kind of a critical post to speak out to psy heads out there that love the music and are in the western regeion of the united states of america
fistly i would like to talk about my personal experiences here in colordo and the psyteance music scene to give you an insight into colorado trance
i am from bombay india as you all might be quite familiar with and love the music since i have been to goa several times and all those crazy raves at hilltop and discovalley and bamboo forest etc. so i came to the usa before 9 11 hopeing that i can go to college in wyoming and at the same time enjoy Psy trance music (the better artists for me that time were cpu gms astrix etc ....) anyways
so i am in university of wyoming for 3 yrs and i would go back and forth to india enjoy the music and come back to the usa .. BUT there was not much in the usa
then there it was ,,, a psytrance party in denver at the black widow night club organised by MINdflux .... wow, all my wishes came true . i travelled 4 hours just to go to the party from wyoming. and to my amazement there were loads of israelis and indians too.
one vibe and the true goa spirit came to life
2 years later i graduated from the university of wyoming and came to boulder colorado which
is like 20 miles from denver
i met psy heads and began to gather a community .
i came to know a psyhead called jim who even let me play on the radio a couple of times. this was a blessing from god specially when i thought that there was no scene in the west.
we got space time contiuum here and played in a planetarium crazy lazers etc
played at burning man decompression parties
so to my delight i began to love this new community even though it was small
the family began to come together
so my fellow friends through my experience i can tell you that no matter where u are on eart keep the goa spirit alive cause there are some people or someone out there that just wants to connect with you to start the whole psychadelik circus
please support you local psy scene no matter where you are on earth
