I enjoy most types of psytrance. i think theres a right type of psy for different moods a dancefloor could be in and for different parts of the party. a good party should take you on a journey through the different styles.
my favorite style to play is: Deep, Dark Twisted, but i'm also known to regularly play: Hard Night Time, Uplifting Funky Morning Trance, weird and tripped out Minimal Progressive, Playfully Twisted Suomi-Sound highly psychedelic Full On.

"Notice the word 'Harmonic'. As I understand 'psionics'
it is a power that humans can possess. In order to play Serenades you normally
require a Vox, right? So what if a human can immitate certain of those strains of
the song of creation with their mind... If the meaning of Psi is altered slightly
to represent not merely parapsychological phenomena and powers, but also to
represent 'of the mind', and 'onic' is used as a shortened version of 'Harmonic'
then the meaning of 'Psionic' is 'harmonic produced by/of the mind"

Biography:
Got hooked on Psychedelic Trance and the UK party scene when i was 16 and started my own D-3e Parties in Southport in 2004, to cater for my very wide taste in electronic music.
Got CD decks about 4 years ago and been playing out at other parties for about 3 years now i think.
Ive always tried to take an artistic aproach to DJing. Aiming to provoke certain thoughts, feelings and even making political and ethical statements through use of sampling. Taking the dancefloor on a journey or almost even telling them a story. Recently ive been thinking of new ways to surprise people and make my sets a bit more my own. I quite often use a Korg Kaoss Pad to play around with the sound i sometimes throw in movie documentary samples i have edited and selected to fit the vibe of my set. I have been known to paint my face to add to the vibe im trying to create. (if you look like a nutter, its going to rub off on the dancefloor and make them go nuts!)
I also enjoy playing with other people, live instruments, synths or b2b DJing using 3 decks, 2 mixers, lots of samples and kaoss fx. Ive been known to play morning/minimal prog sets with Nanook, Twisted Nightime sets with Terrazania featuring Distortion Orchestra and Guano Unsane on Live Synths.
As Co Manager of The Psychometric Vision Collective with Guano Unsane i am resident DJ at our bi-monthly Liverpool Warehouse Party/Club Night; Soma Sonic. And have also been asked to represent US Dark Trance label Black Magik Records as label DJ.
I also recently started up Psychometric Radio, Broadcasting from the Psychometric Studios (most) Sunday Nights 10pm-2am. Playing all styles of Psychedelic Trance and sometimes other styles of cutting edge electronica. Always keeping up to date with hot new releases aswell as showcasing unreleased tracks. Every week we aim to bring u guest sets from the best underground DJs and live artists from around the North. As well as interviewing local and International Live Artists, Visual Artists, Promoters and DJs.

that last song clockstoppers - atomic clock has it been released on another track or so, can't find it anywhere (high quality I mean) and I've been looking for months now. Ill even pay money for that I love terranoise\clockstoppers and I want my tracklist complete in high quality |
