the location will be announced a week before the party, (pine barrens forest, southern jersey) hopefully not here, this is an open forum, anyone can be reading this

It's great for the PSI guys to let me play since i'll be going to India in July, for the rest of year.
They're a classy group, the parties always have a great vibe, even in the rain! Last time, the canopy flew away while I was playing, had to hold it down with one arm, the other arm figiting with the computer. That's what the photo is about.

this event is not a "festival" per se. it is an intimate tribal gathering. participants will have to RSVP with us in order to obtain direx. details to follow... |

I'm very much looking forward to playing for the PSI guys again! Last time I froze my ass off, but had a blast and Dean, it will be an honor to play alongside you....can't wait to hear your new stuff! Let's hope there's no rain!!!

oh mann..i have to go for this.. anyone driving down from NY(LI city, manhattan, etc) and has place fro one more person? am willing to pay my share of all the expenses (gas, tolls etc.)
please leme know. dying to go for a good outdoor gathering..

I hope the driving directions are good this time last time I went to a pine barrens party the directions were all like "take the 3rd dirt road past the large tree, then take a slow left past the rock", and we got completly lost. |

i don't know if this was one of our parties or not (there are groups who do smaller events in the same general area), but we have gone over the direx multiple times to make them as easy to follow as possible. we strongly advise people to use the "trip" odometer on their dashboard to ensure they make the correct turn off.
that being said, the location is very isolated... which is why we can still have parties there!

If you would like to attend and obtain directions, please RSVP by sending an email to sunshinegoa3@yahoo.com clearly indicating your name, where you are coming from, and how you came to hear about this event.
We are also very pleased to announce that Onnomon will be performing *twice* over the course of the evening.
Dean will perform a solo set earlier in the night of some his newer material. Later in the morning, he will be joined by Dan Covan doing live electronic and tribal percussion.
Once again, this will be Onnomon's final performance of the year (!) so be sure to come out early to get the full experience.

here is the approximate schedule for the night:
10pm - 11:30pm - opening ceremony, progressive power hour with Karmakanik, Nogloom and special guests
11:30pm - 1:00am - Onnomon LIVE (Dean solo set)
1:00am - 4:00am - Eg~bot vs. Mescalinium
4:00am - 7:00am - DJ Lauryn
7:00am - 8:30am - Onnomon LIVE (Dean and Dan)
8:30am - 10:00am - Ben Light-o-Matic, closing ceremony
the artists and organizers are all really excited about this event. we hope you can come out and be a part of it.

Can't wait...CAN'T WAIT...i couldn't help daydreaming about this party. And you know guys, I hope the location isn't very far from the NJ shore! We could just hit the beach when the party is over...but of course, we will first clean up the area of garbage, right!?
How will we get the direction info? Will they be posted on the forum or will people get emails? |
