promoters, demos and live sets

What do you guys do for your demos ?
put together a studio version of your live set as mp3 for download off the web? along with a snappy pdf bio with photo ? This is what I was going to do
or something else ? My mate just said he thought separate tracks in a zip with bio and photos would do it, since promoter is not going to have time to listen to a whole live set.
hmmmm... any ideas ?

mp3 mixes of my music for radio's (fm stations and online)
album copies to party promoters and other industry people (foor people usualy travel alot and can help promote)
demo versions for unr tracks for labels (4:44 mp3 nice quality no one complain) - the more realeses in various labels you get to more people.. (tho atm im signed exclusively with s.b project to adapted rec)
