EDITS are! brother, no remix!
There is a vast difference between an Edit and Remix.
Enjoy brother and good vibe!
No terms of use with an Edit, I hope some day to have the legal permission for some artists remixer for some tracks. for the moment I can only edit them.

Are actually the names of the Tracks edited, EDITED not REMIX. Do not require a legal permit to edit video and audio formats, just in case of changes in the style of another artist without the consent of the author.
Brother, I hope you like the edits, otherwise you can save the commentary.

Well i think this is ilegal
edit o remix is the same, is modify the original record
you can not take a song to edit or modify without permission of the artist and label.
You can read in the cds :
"ALL RIGTHS of the producer and of the owner of this recordedn work reserved.
Unauthorised COPY,hiring,public performance and broadcasting of this record prohibited "
ALL CONTENT OF A SONG OR COMMERCIAL VIDEO HAS COPYRIGHT

absolutely illegal, and specially if u offer the downloads in wav quality  !
should be locket and the guy blocked!
this is mexican perversion of not having the slides idea of copyrights and all that things.
like this guy is not even aware that what he does is super wrong.
