hey ho!
first happy new year to all sound wizards out there..
i have a problem with my hd, as soon i connect it via usb 2.0 i have some noizes on my monitors... i changed already the cables and tried to connect it on a different power supply but it is still there!
did anybody of had the same problem?

it happens! i have this issue also with my western digital every time it starts or goes idle!

i solve it by not using it in the studio!

Are you connecting it directly to the rear USB ports, or using a frontside port?

I used to get intermittent clicks and pops when using a frontside USB port, but using the rear one has been trouble-free.

You might just have dirty power where you live, you should get a power conditioner:
