project missing in ableton

The folder is there but my project inside is missing. I was using live 8.0 and now it doesnt open up either.

Live 8.1, 8.2 opens up but i haven't made any songs with it. I sent my error report to ableton tech support to which they replied i download 8.2 and check if it works, but it hasnt.

i cant seem to figure out what is wrong.

anyone plz help me sort this mess...

inside the project folder, usually there are other folders:ableton project info and samples.
they still there?
maybe you moved the als file into one of them by mistake..

make sure to always save a copy.als and backup..backup backup

in the info view could give ya the information about where is the pointer of the mouse, in the view of help in the view menu could see if some files its missing, or even in file management in the same view menu could see what happens in the actual project!..i hope this seems useful to ya!

Wow... thought i'd never get a reply... so i stopped checking... thx guys for atleast being concerned...

@ Trevon. there are no files inside the folders. and yea i didnt backup - had to get a hard drive.. learned it the hard way..
