I just worked on with my track yesterday, and today there are now swing in the track, it sounds a bit like my hats and crash leads lagging behind my kick and bass. Really do not know what the error is .. may I use too much CPU? or what could it be?
I use Ableton Live

And save presets, project very often

do you have on this 'swinged' tracks internal sampler or external sampler/vsti? provide more details

you have cpu counter in right upper side. how much of cpu usage it show?
if this haapend only for some tracks there is probably something more than just buffer underruns
