Are there any SA producers currently doing any progressive music.... or is SA completely lost in fullon ????

hmmm...
I can't really think of anybody off hand who is producing anything really progressive....
I would love to hear some original SA progressive stuff being played on our dance floors....
Timecode's stuff used to be pretty progressive... and dark.. but their sound has gone more full on now.. as well..
I'm getting pretty sick of the full on sound.. i must admit...
everybody's doing it...

Ya dude i am... but its a long process for me as i havnt been in the game that long....
if ur ever in JHB's side of the world let me know... a buddy and i throw parties.... next one 14 feb...
my set is from minimal to pregressive and then techy stuff... everyone after me plays fullon... all the parties are fullon ... tediouse boaring blah bla...
so if ur ever here in JHB come along ... ull be pleasantly surprised as our parties dont just start off with the thud, beeps and squeaks...
im part of the prduction team so i play what i wanna hear .... maybe a bit selfish of me .... but i still get the people moving without any fullon...
i dont have a problem with fullon ... its just overplayed.

doesnt seem to be much out there other than what u mentioned ApsyDrop... fullon bedonderd.... oh and i would recommend u come to a hypnotwist party mr moderator... as GEM said, he is pushing to play something oh i dunno DIFFERENT in the scene at the mo... make a mission |

that's cool..
I don't get up there very often.. in fact.. i don't get up there at all... unfortunately.... but i'd dig to hear the stuff you've been producing.
I host a psy radio show on Monday evenings on a local community radio station down here in cape town... I try to play as much local psy as possible..
send some stuff down... if you're interested private message me and i'll give you an address to send it to.
I love to hear new sounds.. new ideas... just fresh music that isn't just about production... but concentrates more on the art and music side of things...
