I use the same method for ducking as you, Elad. Got a question though. You know a way to sidechain multiple efxchannels to one the peak controller? I don't want them to end up in the same (send)channel for rendering and rewiring purposes. Like volume of ch 3,4,5 controlled by the peak controller of the kick. When I try there's a conflict (like when you assign two parameters to the same midicontrol). When I enter two peak conrollers in one efxch. the whole thing blocks.

I can get this to work in ableton but want it to work in FL too...

untick "remove conflicts" in the parameter assign window when assigning the controler to the peak controler plug

there is no didnt work... thisis the only way of sending many different channels to the peak controller.
i do it for 4-5 sounds (bass, drum loop, pad's) all goes to 1 peak controler thats located in the kick!

u must do something wrong

oohh.. and i use the fruity balance forthe volume instead of the mixer volume slider.. this is better cos u have the mixer channel free for tunning the volume.          http://www.landmark-recordings.com/

Could you upload in FL7 flp orange? FL8 doesn't work here anymore (for some reason, rc2 just expired or something?) Thanks for the effort!           http://www.soundcloud.com/bandarlog

Anyone have any idea what Klopfgeister use for their deep basslines?

Im sure its mainly to do with lots of cut-off, but it would be good to know what they use anyways. Saw them in London the other week they were brilliant.

right click the knob you wanna link
choose the "link to controller"
in the linking window you need to choose the "peak"
and hit accept

you can also change the way that it will effect , like x2, x4, inverted, steps etc.           www.sattelbattle.com

i've found vanguard great for proggy basslines...Cronox too.,
i've been using vanguard for mostly fast psy since it's my main project and found it a bit impaired, but when i started messing around with prog vanguard rocked my world.

IMHO many prog(Trance) artists concentrate on the prominence and clarity of each instrument, which is a nice concept but often abused and twisted into boredom

try and balance this clarity and prominence thing while keeping things interesting and evolving. evolving the plot not only by raising tension or dropping. tetrameth did it.
