No not kidding at all man.
Just like Shiranui point out - Goa Records is Geomagnetic but different marketing.
Yellow Sunshine releases are generally compilations of already released tracks marketed to wider crowd.
Of course if you know your trance you will no be fooled so no skin of your nose. Those that don't can listen to sample before buying. It is just a word to attract attention.

yah dood Goa is an abused word in this scene. So many fuckin compilations with "Goa" in the name. Its def a marketing thing. And I agree with you that Goa should refer to Goa Trance, however a lot of the psytrance does have a goa sound in it. Even the harder stuff like discovalley records (which btw is the only label actually based in Goa, India ) you will often hear a subtle little goa something going on somewhere in the track. And theres artists like Phobium who throws down nice heavy hard stuff, that many may refer to as dark, but has this strong goa vibe.
