I think your beggining taking too much time till things start to evolve. 47 secs of almost nothing. you could do something to welcome your bassline, its kinda plain to do this like you did.
the main thing that you can improve here is to make your track more intresting, make some breaks and turns dont drive strait forward all the time. add more effects and synths and pads.
the beat is good but now you need to work on the rest to fill the track so it wouldnt be boring

i agree with misha!
u got good beat and decent bass now work on it as a backbone and evolve things
make something to lift the track to somewhere higher!
