when i render to 16-bits.. my cat walks out on me..

i export sounds and songs in 24-bit now..

I tryed the 32-bit float but.. there's some strange stuff with certain stretching options.. pitching...
When i render a sound ( lets say a.. Rhodes sample )
i would like to be able to use the same sample to play different notes in the piano roll..
....instead it's the same note on every key...

Also Logic can't handle 32-bitdepth... right ?

Sucks that even modern DAWs can't handle multiple sample rates... you would think that it would just automatically upsample everything to the highest one, hmm?

Even if your final output is 16 bit, it helps to have the steps in between be 24-bit, as otherwise you lose dynamic range every time you mess with levels.

You can take a 16 bit sample, put it into 24 bit and attenuate as low as -24 db, and keep all of the dynamic range that was there when it was 16 bit
