problems with web orders?

Hello, I was exchanging some messages with a guy who had some problems with a site that sells psy clothing. He had his CC billed and they didnLt send him his order, and now are refusing his calls. I want to buy some stuff for NYE too, but now I am a little afraid of buying over the net. Do you have any good or bad experience in this subject?

wow that's not fun. do they have email? maybe something wrong with phone, or shipping process. you should just mention the name of the company, it's time to speak out. thats the only way to fix it. this way if someone know them, they will pass your message or they them self will see your message. this will improve their service and know that you (your friend) are not joke or not dumb victim. but who know what is 'actually' happen.

Hey relez, thanks for the link. I really liked your T-shirts.
But I had already ordered from Space Tribe and I came here to say that I am completely satisfied with their services. Unlike tranceshop.com, they are reliable. I ordered 8 pieces of clothing and they sent it in less than three weeks.
