problems with waves on win7

i have setup file for Waves.Mercury.Complete.VST.DX.RTAS.v1.01.
it worked for me on winxp but now i have new computer with windows7 32bit and i don't see all the plugins after installing it. i see just some of the plugins. Have anybody had this problem and know hot to solve it. i have project from the old computer with lots of waves plugins on it and i have to make it work on the new computer because the old one is not strong enough to handle this!

after installing waves when i opened the cubase it was written that it can't open the waveshell plugins and that i need to reinstul but i did it few times and it still doesn't work |
