Make sure you are running the latest version and if so, contact Waves to report a bug in their software. Considering the price they cost, they should give you plenty of customer support!
Btw, in that picture you give, the peak value of the left channel is actually higher than the right channel. Just to make sure, you did insert the stereo version of the plugin, right?

Well, until they answer, if you guys here know how to fix it? It's god damn annoying, sometimes it disables the Right and the Left channels of the same sound, making it completely inaudible.

1. check the left and right gain inside the Eq.
2. check panning or mono/stereo options on the Vst instrument.
3. use better EQ

Can you recommend me of another EQ? I've asked in 2 more forums and 2 people I know, they have been trying to answer me all this time with no success. I guess this problem cannot be solved.
Any other EQ's you recommend (software)?

i mean who buys diamond bundle and then asks for a better recommeneded EQ??
also you would have phoned or mailed waves straight away and not bothered to ask a bunch of ppl all using the cracked version as to why your cracked version is broken
