Follow the audio chain, & let's see if we can find the problem:
If you have another working turntable, it can be helpful, since we can verify a specific connection is working with the good one.
Swap out the headshell/stylus. The contacts can get dirty, but generally you don't run into no sound at all, just bad sound/partial sound.
If that don't work, your mixer could have a bad channel. Hook the bad turntable into the phono plugs that the good turntable was using & test it out.
If you have a multimeter, you can hook it up to the RCA's from the technics & see what you get. I'm thinking that the RCA might need to be replaced.
You can open the bottom of the turntable up & do it yourself, if you aren't afraid of soldering. There are several "layers" you need to strip off. I find it easiest to lock the tonearm in place, then flip the turntable over & rest it on a box or egg-crate, so that the top of the table isn't pressing down on anything.
Unscrew the legs. Then, there are bunch of screws to remove the rubber bottom. Once this is off, you'll see where the cord goes in. There is a circular metal holding plate that you have to unscew (to which the wire is clamped, to keep it from getting tugged out). Once your that's off, you'll see where the sires connect in to the bottom of the tone arm.
You can solder in a new wire, then put it all back together. Make sure you thread the wire hooked up through the clamp & holding plate before soldering (since the opening is too small to slide the RCA plug end of your cord thru).
Good luck.!

Ok , thanks man , i think it is the rca , because i have put on my other turntable and it worked perfect , well is it easy to replace the cable?
because i have found a place on the net where the sell rca cables , but i was a little afraid of open my turntable and then dont know how to put the rca or worst , break something , so if it is easy , i can ask for the rca and then change it by myself

If the break in the wire is further out on the cable, you might be able to find it by flexing the cable at different areas. One time I lucked out, and didn't have to open the turn table, just clip the cable before the short, and spliced in a new end...
