Problems with psybuy shop

I bought 6 months ago 3 cds to the shop Psybuy (https://psy-buy.com/) and I paid the cds by paypal.I tryed to contact with them around 4 times and when they replied me just they said to me that they sent me long time ago, but trust me anything arrive to my place.
Even after a few complains from me they replied me like laughing about it, like they don't care what happened.
I'm already around 10 years bying psy trance music mostly in web shops like Psyshop, Wirikuta and Saiko sounds and I never had problems, it was the 1st time with Psybuy and this problem.
Happen something similar to any of you?

Oh baba Psylosophon, this is very sad. i buy cd when music is dance or goa-dance. i buying already 17 years and nothing happend to me. i think your case is very unfortunante. you should stop buying. thnx |

Thomas Vitali is director of the Plusquam Records Labelgroup: Plusquam, Planet Ben, Psytropic, Synergetic, Vertikal, Rococo, PQ, Sin, Spliff Music, Midijum & Future Lovers are some of the labels now part of the Plusquam group. I compiled this list with a few choice Google searches; a complete list is not available that I can find. According to the Plusquam LinkedIn profile, the group contains 16 labels.

Interesting fact: Psychedelic Traveller website states that Plusquam Records was founded by DJ Antaro as part of Spirit Zone Records. This is the history I remember from the early 2000s.

There was a rumour he tried to buy Twisted Records to set up a hotly anticipated Psy Nina and Simon Posford collaboration. The name that was suggested for the duo was "Younger Sister"

Between Thomas & Antaro was Laureth. He bought Plusquam from him & destroyed this label.
BTW I was also cheated by Thomas luckly only I bought 5 cheap cds, but never received them |
