If i edit a program on my nord rack 2 and play it for a period of time suddenly the sound changes to a completly different sound but is still showing the same program number. Also the sound is not the original sound of the program so it is not reseting itself. Does anyone know wht the problem might be? |

It is connected to a midi keyboard through a the sequencer but it just changes randomly. Can't really work it out. |

just close it (after you stored your program offcourse) and start it again and see if it still happens. mine is also sometimes strange but she always comes back to her senses (up to now). |

well i left my nord across the ocean
(and i miss it so much) but i recall there`s a part in the manual about syncing the arp. you just have to look fot it.
if u dig deep enough u just might reach the sky...

try to run the nord in standalone mode - without midi - and see if this still happens. if the problem persists, it could be a hardware failure.
mine sometimes produces hanging notes. nothig serious thougth, i just have to record more takes.
cheers

hmm i have never had weird problem like this.
i think the problem is that you make the changes to the program in the nord instead in the sequencer.
for arp sync.
NORD DOES NOT SYNC
the most sync you can get is to re-trigger the arp/lfo by beat/bar etc.
the way to do it is in the "special" please read manual.
also make sure your "rate" knob is set to minimum other wise even that wont work (have to be lower then your sequencer anyway , minimum will make sure of that)
