Hello there!

Abl Live prob:

I have a problem creating live packs to exchange the use of a project over several computers. Ableton seems to be saving all samples used by all projects in one folder(underorganized in subfolders like "Consolidates", "clips", "processed" etc), and not according to the specific project.
How can I make Live save all samples in the same folder as the projectfiles?

Or do I have to search and organize all the samples myself? Ugh...

Thanks!

Much love

Have you tried saving with the "collect all and save" option?           (``·.¸(``·.¸(``·.¸¸.·`´)¸.·`´)¸.·`´)

dusin of times. It only collects it into the "main" library, and not into the project folder.           http://www.myspace.com/fragletrollet

try "collect all and save" into a totally different folder than your regular library. maybe even a different drive.

Strange...I get all the files in my project folder.
What you can try is to open the file management screen (View->File Manager).
Then click the "manage project" button and under "external samples" see if it says that you are using external samples.
In that case select "collect into project" and then do a collect all and save.
