problem with the forum

hi !!!
my friend is using windows XP
and he register for the forum but he cannot see the forum, all he see is a blank page
is it to do with security problem ?
....i hope i explained my self !!!

I'm using Windows XP as well, and I have no problem with the forum. (Win XP pro + Internet Explorer 6.0)
Just to make clear - does he manage to login? Can he enter the main IsraTrance page http://www.isratrance.com ?

before he register he got in to the forum
just after he register then all he see is a blank page

ok, we need to work like this:
talk to me in forum (in afternoon preferable) when ur friend is online, i want to set debug options to see what he gets when comes
otherwise i am unable to identify the problem
as i said better when i am at work, at home i am hardly in front of computer
