I hope i understood your problem, but try this...
if reaktor opens, at the top left you have an "open ensemble" (next to NI logo).
then, go to Native instruments (the place you installed it) choose reaktor 4 .
if you need effects go to library>ensembles>effects
if you need synths go to NI user library folders.
hey... be sure you installed the reactor addons !
if your problem is different, specify it more clearly.

also make shure u ve got the newest v ( 4.1.2 ) i ve got some probs with v4.x too...
