Problem with panning in cubase?

it just says pan and even if i try to automate it or whatever and set the midi pan in the inspector to full it still gives me the same problem.

Did you try to select the "pan" and first set it to on and then off to try and see if that works?
Otherwise it look to me as if you somehow lost some settings in cubase making it behave weird. If that is the case you might have to reinstall cubase

did that as well, o shit...this means i lost loads of stuff ive been working on arghh.
Thanks for the help anyways, ill get some sleep now and try again 2moro, if it doesnt work ill re-install. Till then if u do get any more info on how to fix this please let me know. |

I will and i dont think you have lost anything if you make sure to save all mixer settings, sounds etc. 
Don't reinstall cubase until you've saved everything.

please go to preferences and select stereo combined pan as standard pan mode...see if it works then..
