Problem in Logic Audio song...

Hi ppl...
I was mixing a song in Logic Audio 5.1.3, only with audio and audio instruments, and something very bad happen...
I open this music project in logic, and the plug ins doesnt respond to what i have writen in the arranje...they dont sing...
and only the audio waves are singing in this song...
the audio instruments..nothing!
and the worst thing is that i can play the audio instruments with the midi keyboard, but they dont read what is writen in the arranje (they dont read the notes that are in the matrix editor).
and in the other songs everything is going super fine...this only happen in this particular song..
even the low-cuts and high-cuts plugins doesnt respond to what i have writen in the arrange...thats incredible...only the audio waves are singing...pffff.....
someone can help me in this one?
i think is something to do with the song sync...but i really have tryed fix it out, but until now..nothing...
if you can help me, please post something..

I am sorry about what happend and i am afraid you are gonna have more troubles if u dont downgrate to ver 5.0..
What happened to the back up file?
You could try Options->Import Settings../Enviroment menu to get some functions working again from an previus saved file.There are several options there...
It worked for me once,good luck ;-) |

ok, here goeas the way i'd do it
.open the project, and don't do a thing except exporting every instrument (the vst format is .fxp, i'm shure you'll find a different on logics au, i'm sorry but i don't have a clue their extensions)
.now you re going to search in the internet for an app that i'm absoluctely shure it must exist that will convert the .*** aus format to .fxp, and use it for every instrument
.now back to logics to export all the tracks as midi files
.load any vst host and respectibe instruments and .fxps for each instrument
.import the midi tracks files
.assign each track to the following instrument
.and run
if everythings ok that's the logic version that sucks...
... but you can try after this to repeat all the procedure back to logic from the vst host and vsts to logics and aus, maybe there's something just with the saved file

hi ana3imandros...
the first thing that i have done when this thing happened to me, was try the back up file like allways (: , but its with the same problem...(it have worked for me in other situations too..heheh). ( ;
in relation to the Enviroment, everything is ok like ever, iam working with in simple audio enviroment(audio tracks and audio instruments)...my main problem now are the vsts that are not reading the things writen in the arranje (matrix editor notes, and all the automations writen in the arranje)...do you see this?...and in the other projects everything is normal without any problem...this is a problem only in this song.
i thing i have to go reconstruct the track, cause i have all the material of the song there(even the presets, but iam a bit lazy to make all the automations again ): )
the only positive thing, is that i have a bounce of the past week mix (for memories..lol)...but now i was mixing and arranje somethings for better.. ):
anyway...to forget for now.. ( :

i am pretty sure that if u import a good enviroment into the broken file u will have your file working again.Try and repost |

kiko , have u tryed the more easy way ? u are talking that u dont heard anything on the audio instrument when u have there the matrix editor with somme beat, but if u press the keyb it work ,:) that hhaappen to me somethimes even on logic 7.1
try copying the inside bars in the matrix editor , open a new box (matrix editor , and past there the bars u copyed from your not worrking matrix editor box

hi ppl..
DarkPsy: this "key b" here dont have any function in the key commands settings in my logic...
anyway, iam sure your key commands settings are different of mine(thats normal, cause you can change your key commands for the keys that you want)...
please tell me the function of this "key b" in your logic, so i can go to my key commands settings to know the key of this function here in my logic)...
about copying the notes of matrix editor, and paste them into new matrix editors, this dont have helped me...the problem continue..
its too much weird this sittuation...i am certain that it is a problem of the sync bettween plugins and arranje...pfff...really dont know... ) :

that strange , about the issue of copying and doesn't work , it happen to me like that onne time , i need to recreate all windows , really bad.
and keyb i was trying to say midi keyboard , KEYBoard eheh  and i use the default key command i dont use them much eheh
