hello my dear helpers.
i have a new soundcard:terratec-DMX X-fire 1024.
& i expirience difficulties with it.
every time i run cubase i get a black screen & a lot of ANNOYING white noise.
now i've tried uninstalling & reinstalling it- no ood...
anyone?

anyway, "not working" is not enough info to help you.

where did you connect the amp to the card ?
[maybe your cables/plugs r bad]
what is going on in the main mixer ?
[maybe mic is on and amplified, so u have a feedback - mute it, maybe CD makes the noise - mute it, maybe line in is connected to somewhere, mute it, maybe modem has voice device - mute it]
